Porthos is offered free of charge, as-is, by Yasuho. Using it means accepting the following.
Porthos is a diary. It records what you tell it and draws charts from that. It does not prescribe training, diagnose anything or give medical, nutritional or clinical advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such.
Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a training or diet programme, particularly if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury. You train at your own risk.
Where a coach assigns you workouts, that relationship is between you and them. Porthos provides the tooling and does not review, endorse or take responsibility for what any coach prescribes.
Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your account is treated as done by you. Do not use Porthos to store other people's personal data without their knowledge, and do not use it for anything illegal.
There is no uptime guarantee. Porthos may be unavailable, may change, and may be discontinued. If it is ever shut down, you will be given reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Porthos is provided without warranty and its operator is not liable for loss arising from its use — including injury, lost data, or decisions taken on the basis of what the app displays.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
